We recently purchased a new home in Rockwall. Because the home was new, we originally considered not having it inspected by an independent firm. Had we maintained that position and not contacted you to conduct an inspection, we would have made a costly error.
Not only were your inspection fees reasonable, the comprehensive report you provided subsequent to the inspection was invaluable in our decision to purchase the home. Your professional and comprehensive approach in detailing existing and potential problems helped reduce our stress relative to the purchase process.
Mr. Murphy, I especially want to thank you for taking the time not only to provide my husband (who was away on business) with a copy of the inspection report but also to visit with him by phone and honestly answer his questions.
