Scott was incredibly thorough, explaining everything to me as he went and making sure I didn't have any questions. When clients or associates need home inspection services, I always recommend A-Action Home Inspection Group. A-Action is my choice because I know I can depend on their honesty, integrity, and friendliness. They are courteous and helpful when explaining their services and making an inspection appointment. Their inspectors are always prompt, prepared, and professional in appearance when arriving to provide their outstanding services. Their knowledge of current codes and regulations is above reproach and their expertise in conducting a thorough inspection is impeccable. They prepare an excellent inspection report on site that is easy to read and understand. Then they take time to patiently review with the customer, explaining in layman’s terms the report’s content, items that are easily remedied, and items that require more concern. When the customer is satisfied with the report, the inspector makes sure to provide contact information, both personal and company. When I meet other inspectors at a property, they'll often try to gain my business. When I tell them "I hope my clients will use "A-Action", on more than a few occasions they've said "oh, we try and model our business after them". So obviously, even your peers think your work stands above the rest.
By the way, the fact that you email me your reports, in addition to the hard copy at the time of inspection, makes my life so easy. The diagrams and photos you include are far above and beyond what any other inspection firm provides. And they're so easy to share with other agents and the seller. The detail they include means repairs get made correctly.
